Please note that all of our products are manufactured by Zazzle.com. All orders and shipments are made and processed through them. This FAQ answers many of the common questions about Zazzle.com's process.
- What payment methods are accepted?
We currently accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and PayPal, as well as Zazzle earnings and gift certificates as payment. We do not accept personal checks or orders by Mail.
- How long will it take my order to be produced and shipped?
Tired of ordering something online and waiting for weeks to receive it? So were we. That's why we developed one of the most advanced production and shipping systems on the Internet. And it's why we aim to ship your orders in 24 hours! (Remember, these are made-to-order custom products!).
Immediately after you complete your purchase at Zazzle, your order is sent to our production facility, manufactured, and packaged with great care. You can track the status of your order by using our Order Status page.
Please note that dark apparel will take approximately 2-3 business days to ship.
- What is the estimated domestic shipping cost of my product(s)?

You can choose from Express, Two Day, Priority, Ground, Standard, and Basic services. If you need your order ASAP, Express shipping will deliver it to you in 1 to 2 business days from the date of shipment. Please allow 2 business days for our Two Day Service, 2-7 business days for Priority, 4-7 business days for Ground, 2-7 business days for Standard, and 4-10 business days for Basic.
Tracking is available for Ground, 2-Day, Express, and Ground shipments. Click here to track a shipped order page for more information.
If you request shipping to a PO Box or an APO/FPO location, please choose the Priority or Basic shipping options, as the Two Day, Express, and Ground services cannot deliver to those addresses. Ground shipping is not available to customers in Alaska or Hawaii.
A variety of carriers deliver your orders, but we are proud to use the United States Postal Service and UPS for most of our shipments.

Yup! If you don't love it we'll take it back.
We strive to exceed your expectations with every product you receive. All products are made-to-order with the best materials and our special digital printing technologies, and generally shipped within 24 hours.
If you are not satisfied for any reason, you may return any unused products for a replacement or refund within 30 days of receipt.
To return your items:
- Contact our returns department to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Please specify whether yoyou want a replacement or refund.
- Write the RMA number on the packing slip and include the slip with your item to return.

- What are the shipping options for orders being sent to Mexico and Canada?
Orders to Canada and Mexico may be subject to import duties and taxes. Fees charged depend on the country of delivery, and must be paid upon receipt of your package. Zazzle is currently unable to predict whether or not you will be charged a fee or what that fee might be. Please contact your local customs office for further information.
The shipping times given below are estimates. Shipments to Canada and Mexico may be delayed by customs and other circumstances and are outside of Zazzle's control.
Please note: If you choose "Standard" (USPS Airmail) (7-21 days) shipping, you will NOT be able to track your order. By choosing USPS Airmail shipping, your package will leave our manufacturing facility and neither you nor Zazzle will be able to see the shipping status of your order. If tracking is important to you, please consider using the Express shipping option which uses a different carrier. With this option, tracking will be available for the entire transit process.
- What are the shipping costs for orders to be shipped overseas from Zazzle.com?

- Do you ship to P.O. boxes?
Order placed via USPS Standard Mail or USPS Priority Shipping can be shipped to a PO Box. UPS, on the other hand, will not deliver packages to a PO Box. Orders placed using UPS Basic, Ground, 2 Day or Express as the shipping method must use a valid physical address.
- How do I contact Customer Support?
If you are unable find the answer to your question through our help system, please Contact our Support Team via email. Customer service e-mails are typically responded to in less than 12 hours and no more than 25 hours. Be sure to check your spam/bulk mailbox, in case you have not received a message from us within 25 hours.
